Craig Chapman

Senior Strategist /Co Founder

Craig is a founding partner and Senior Strategist of the company. For 25+ years he has applied his expertise in design, Internet marketing, SEO deployment while always being current with the technical knowhow to keep DWD clients at the forefront of technology and online media trends. As our lead SEO (search engine optimization) engineer, he has vast real-world experience for providing solutions in the ever-evolving arenas of search engine marketing and promotion. Additional experience includes skills in programming HTML, social media marketing, digital marketing, DHTML, Java, and JavaScript. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from West Chester University. He has experience with a wide-range of Internet Marketing solutions, implementation, website analytics, coding skills such as XHTML, CSS and providing technical support.

Frank Panzera

PC Specialist /Co Founder

Frank has extensive knowledge in all areas of computer hardware, software & networking, as well as business management. He graduated from Kutztown University & his coursework includes MCP, CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications.   

Jakob is an expert in search engine optimization, helping websites rank higher in search results. He’s a graduate of Rider University. 

Samantha Christie 

Marketing Manager

Samantha oversees our client content marketing activities, conducts in-depth marketing reviews and brand analysis projects too. She co-ordinates marketing campaigns which can include anything from social media advertising to direct mail, to branded giveaways. She’s always on hand to give advice on how to grow your business or how to use various marketing tools and platforms. Samantha graduated from Penn State.

Lisa Chandler

VP of Accounts

Lisa has been with Delco Web Designs since 2006 and today oversees several client accounts directly while providing oversight to the accounts team.  She supports Web Solutions’ business development efforts and is part of the company’s leadership team. Lisa brings a wealth of historical client information to everything she does at Web Solutions – and takes her role as the office candy supplier very seriously. Lisa is a graduate of Rowen University. 

Johnny Montero 

Business Development Manager

Johnny works with new and existing clients to establish a plan for their online objectives, both through website development and digital marketing strategies. Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cabrini and has experience in sales, customer retention, marketing strategy and implementation, and customer support. Johnny is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Marc joined the ranks in 2015 to bolster our development and client support offerings. A Masters graduate from Rutgers, Marc is usually the first port of call on the phones, manning support systems alongside his work in development and site testing. He blends a methodical and considered approach to problem solving with a knack for writing clean and tidy code. Marc is a graduate of Bucknell.
